The following general conditions of sale regulate the sales contract of products purchased on the website www.bruschetti.shop in compliance with the current legislation on electronic commerce and distance contracts.
By placing a purchase order, the customer declares that he/she has read and automatically, unconditionally and fully accepts all the information and general conditions of sale and payment.
The buyer can contact the seller directly if he/she wants clarifications on the matter.
No other general or specific conditions of sale communicated by the buyer may be added to or excluded from these general conditions.
The information sheets of the items report all the necessary information in terms of product quality, fabric, finishing. Together with this, the product sheet contains a guide on the choice of sizes that helps the buyer to evaluate the right measurements before purchasing.
The photographs and videos of the products, although as precise as possible, cannot be considered binding in terms of color and shades because they may depend on the IT tools used by the customer when consulting the site.
- that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the invoice;
- that the packages are intact, not wet or damaged (in this case you must check the contents of the package).
In the event of damaged and/or non-intact packaging, the customer may decide not to accept the package or indicate their detailed and dated reservations on the transport document.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been customized (embroidered or printed logo, technical and structural customization).

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if he has purchased “goods made to measure or clearly personalized” (art. 59 I paragraph lett. c, of the Consumer Code) and “non-prefabricated goods produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer” (Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament).
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the buyer only with the prior authorization of Armeria Bruschetti snc di Bruschetti Alessandro & Co. All products that are intended to be returned must be in resalable condition, be perfectly intact, without showing signs of wear and placed in the original packaging.
They must therefore not have suffered damage and be perfectly clean. They must also be accompanied by all possible accessories such as instructions for use and maintenance, documentation and attachments.
Return costs are entirely borne by the customer.
Armeria Bruschetti snc di Bruschetti Alessandro & Co undertakes to refund the amount paid within 30 days of receiving the goods.
The delivery term should not be considered binding.
The selling company is exempt from any liability in the event of delayed delivery, when the delay is due to causes of force majeure.
In the event of fortuitous events and/or force majeure, the execution of the order is suspended, regardless of the stage it is in.
After three months from the occurrence of the force majeure event, the order is automatically cancelled unless the parties reach a different agreement, without any compensation.
In addition to the cases of force majeure considered by law, the following cases are also considered as such: transport strikes, telecommunications blockages, strikes internal or external to the manufacturing company, government, regulatory or legal restrictions, computer failures, network malfunctions, blackouts.
The customer can make changes to the order placed until the production of the purchased products (this occurs immediately after payment or deposit).
However, customer service is available to provide information on the progress of the order and on the possibility of making any subsequent changes.
In the event of unavailability of a requested item, the seller is responsible for promptly notifying the customer; the customer can decide to cancel or modify the order. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded.
It is never possible to cancel orders for a customized or made-to-measure product.
Billing information or delivery location can be changed by sending an email prior to the shipping date.
Armeria Bruschetti snc di Bruschetti Alessandro & Co delivers the products in Italy to the postal address indicated by the customer in the order form. The goods are authorized for shipment only upon payment of the same.
The seller, once the goods have been delivered, well packaged, to the carrier, is no longer responsible for any transport damage or loss.
Shipments are made by specialized shipping companies to ensure the quality and professionalism of the service and the integrity of the products.
The standard shipping service is exclusively a street level delivery service: the goods are not delivered to the floor and the collection and disposal of packaging and used items and the installation of the products are not provided.
Upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the packages before signing the acknowledgement of receipt of the package.
In the event of the customer’s absence, the goods are deposited in the courier’s warehouse and the storage status is opened. The customer must make a new agreement with the carrier following the procedures indicated on the delivery note. In the event of failure to collect within the deadline established by the carrier, the products are returned to the seller. In this case, the customer is not entitled to any refund and the return costs are borne by the customer.

The total of the estimate is summarized in the order form that the customer must confirm to conclude the contract.
In case of incorrect name and/or address, all costs of recovery and reshipment of the purchased product are borne by the customer.

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
- by credit card – the order is considered effective only after approval by the bank payment centers.
- by debit card – prepaid bank or postal cards.

The contract is concluded when Armeria Bruschetti snc di Bruschetti Alessandro & Co receives the order form and the relative payment.
The validation of the order constitutes an electronic signature, which has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
The online sales contract is considered concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law.
In any case of dispute or dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, the Court of Perugia shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
Telephone purchase
It is possible to make telephone purchases at the numbers indicated in the “Help Desk” section. In this case, the buyer must always refer to the product code indicated on the product sheet. It is important to keep in mind that, in the periods close to the Christmas holidays and the summer break in August, there may be delays in production and delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated directly on the purchase form based on the place of delivery and the volume of the packaging.
