PULSAR – MERGER LRF XP35

The Pulsar Merger LRF XP35 is the most compact model in the range but offers the widest field of view in its class: 17.8°. At the same time, it features great thermal sensitivity for highly informative observation in the most challenging conditions.

European-made thermal imaging sensors

Merger’s LRF series provides an unparalleled thermal imaging experience. For imaging, Merger binoculars use professional-grade, European-made thermal sensors:

• The 12-micron 1280×1024 and 1024×768 sensors provide high-definition image quality.
• The 17-micron 640×480 and 384×288 sensors offer extreme thermal sensitivity.

Detailed and sharp image with high zoom

The optical magnification of the unit can be increased by digital zoom. Even at the highest zoom level the image details are sufficient to identify the smallest details of the object. Advanced algorithms improve image quality and help achieve sharp and detailed images.

Wide field of view

The wide field of view makes it easier to scan and detect hot objects, minimizing the effects of image flicker and increasing situational awareness. Excellent image detail at basic magnification, combined with the wide field of view, ensures improved viewing comfort and scene perception.

Extra-long sensing range

Powerful germanium optics combined with professional thermographic sensors offer outstanding detection capabilities. Classic binocular design

Merger LRF infrared binoculars are built with a classic daytime binocular design. With a small form factor, these infrared binoculars fit comfortably in the hand, yet still offer an attractive exterior and exemplary ergonomics. The six function buttons are located in the most convenient access area, and the most frequently used digital functions are activated with a single touch.

A comfortable viewing experience for both eyes

The optical design of Merger LRF binoculars takes into account the nature of human vision. It is natural for a person to receive visual information through two visual channels simultaneously. Looking with two eyes is less tiring than looking with one. This means better detection of small or faint objects and better performance in low-contrast scenarios than similar monocular thermographic devices with the same technical level. The interpupillary distance of the Merger LRF binoculars is adjustable from 63 to 74 mm according to the individual characteristics of a given user.

Precise laser rangefinder

Understanding the target distance is an essential factor in making the right decisions. The built-in laser rangefinder allows you to measure distances in single measurement and continuous scan modes with an accuracy of ± 1 meter for quick, error-free assessment of the situation.

Dual battery combination system

The Merger LRF series is powered by two rechargeable batteries: one built-in with a capacity of 4 Ah, the other replaceable with a capacity of 3.2 Ah. A single charge ensures long battery life.
